Recordings
One-to-one calls. We ask your permission at the start of every call we record, and we only record if you agree. These calls can include details about your relationships and dating life, which the law treats as sensitive, so we only record and review them with your explicit consent. You can withdraw it at any time, during or after the call, and we will delete the recording and transcript.
Webinars. We record our webinars and may publish the recordings, for example as free learning content. Recordings show the host and the slides. Your camera stays off and your name is not shown. If you unmute to ask a question, or turn your camera on, you agree to appear in the recording. To stay out of it, ask your question in the chat instead. If you appear in a recording and later want to be removed, email us and we will edit you out of anything we publish.
Our use of AI
We use AI tools to help review recorded calls. Deepgram turns the recording into a written transcript, and Anthropic's Claude reads the transcript and produces notes and feedback for our team. We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use two kinds:
- Essential cookies that make the site work. These do not require consent.
- Marketing & analytics cookies — specifically the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us understand how our ads perform and reach people likely to be interested, and Google Analytics, which shows us how visitors use the site. These load only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner.
You can withdraw consent at any time by declining on the banner, or by clearing this site's cookies/site data in your browser. Declining keeps marketing cookies switched off.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers ("processors") to run this service. They act on our instructions:
- GoHighLevel — our CRM, which stores your contact details and our notes.
- Calendly — scheduling your call.
- Zoom — hosting and recording calls and webinars.
- Google — sending our emails (Gmail / Google Workspace), storing call recordings and transcripts (Google Drive), and website analytics (Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies).
- Deepgram — turning call recordings into written transcripts.
- Anthropic — the AI model (Claude) that reviews call transcripts.
- Cloudflare — hosting this website.
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement (only if you accept cookies), and passing us the details you submit in a Meta lead form.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based outside the UK (including the United States). Where data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and webinar sign-ups (if you don't become a client): 2 years after our last contact with you.
- One-to-one call recordings and transcripts: 12 months after the call.
- Published webinar recordings: for as long as we publish them. If you ask to be removed, we edit you out.
- Client records, including payments: 6 years after our work together ends, as UK tax law requires.
- If you unsubscribe: we keep your email address on a "do not email" list for as long as we send emails, so we never email you again.
After these periods we delete or anonymise the data, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- request a copy in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time (this won't affect processing before withdrawal).
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
